Comprehensive Training Strategy
Our intensive training schedule falls into a number of key areas:
- Product knowledge, CAD design & kitchen planning
- Business systems, order processing, accounts and finance
- Marketing and PR, presentation skills, sales and negotiating, customer services and after-sales procedures
We make our training schedule relaxed and informative and always one-to-one. Our key suppliers will also carry out targeted training. Everything you learn will be permanently at your side within our extensive Training Manual.
At The Kitchen Depot you never stop learning. For the first 6 months you will receive weekly visits from our dedicated Business Support Manager who will understand every element of your business. The average kitchen can consist of over 150 different components, all of which need to come together simultaneously. On the occasion this might not occur you need to know you have the support of a dedicated manufacturer who understands the consumer market, we offer a full back-up strategy and will always be on hand to help.
